RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As we hope you will always be happy with your purchase, if you find that you are not satisfied, items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to indicate your desire. Return the item unused, with tags still attached in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund less the original shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY

Our items are carefully crafted and made with attention to quality. In the unlikely event that your piece has a defective part or a construction error, we will happily work with you to replace or repair the piece in question. We can not repair defects or wear due to normal usage.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We would love to talk to you about a custom bag using one of our existing designs with your vintage find or heirloom textile. Please contact us by e-mail through our website or by phone 612.205.2822.

Please note that custom orders are final and not eligible for returns. However, the warranty policy will be honored.

SHIPPING

Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. A Flat Rate fee of $10.00 is added at the time of check-out.

Each bag is made to order by hand in our Minnesota studio. Please allow 2 weeks after your order is placed for production and shipping.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect various pieces of information from you as part of our sale and marketing. Please be assured that Yvonne Nicole Designs will never share, sell, or trade your personal and private information.
